The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating the parents or legal guardian of the pictured toddler.
The child was found by NOPD officers in the 3700 block of General DeGaulle Drive on Thursday, May 24, 2018, around 4:44 p.m. However, officers have been unable to locate her parents or guardian as of Friday, May 25, 2018.
