Dads are making memories with their daughters while supporting a great cause.
On Sunday, the Hairdos with Dad event was held in River Ranch in Lafayette.
There were games, food, makeup demonstrations, and hair tutorials for the dads.
The money raised will go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
"This is just a daddy-daughter day. It’s to encourage daddies and daughters just to spend some time, and so we partnered with SOHO Salon. And, all of their stylists are giving dads just a mini tutorial on how to do hair and then giving them the opportunity to do the hairstyle on their daughter," said Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Woman of the Year Ryane Broussard.
