UPDATE: According to DOTD, all lanes of traffic are now open on I-10 West before Louisiana Ave. after an accident blocked the right lane for several hours this morning.
The accident occurred around 5:45 this morning near mile marker 105. Congestion from the incident has reached seven miles in length. Traffic is moving at this time.
