AG: 2 arrested for internet crimes against children

Two men were arrested for distributing child pornography, according to Attorney General Jeff Landry.

Joshua Brister, 21 of Lafayette, was arrested on one count of distribution of pornography involving juveniles (under 13 years of age). He was booked into the Lafayette Parish Jail following a joint investigation. 

David Duplechain, 51 of Covington, was arrested on eight counts of distribution of pornography involving juveniles (under 13 years of age). He was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail following a joint investigation. 

Landry encourages anyone with further information or concerns about Duplechain and Brister to call 800-256-4506. Callers do not have to give their names.
