Broussard Police say a tree that was blocking La. 182 has now been removed.
The tree had fallen across the highway near the Lafayette-St. Martin parish line. The road was temporarily closed while the tree was being removed, police said.
The road re-opened at about 3:15 p.m. on Monday, police say.
