Severe weather in Acadiana overnight caused a mobile home in Breaux Bridge to flip on its side.
No one was inside the mobile home, located in the 1100 block of Orchard Park Drive, at the time, and no one was injured, a family member tells us.
Althea Dalcourt says her mother was inside her home at 3:42 a.m. and heard a loud noise. She looked outside and saw the mobile home on her property detach from its foundation before ending up in the street.
St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene, and members of the St. Martin Parish Government helped pick up the debris.
