The Woman’s Foundation is hosting the first Tweens/Teens with Life empowerment program this week for girls ages 12 through 14.
The two-day course is based on the popular book The Six Most Important Decisions You’ll Ever Make by Sean Covey. Instructors are engaging participants with skits, virtual boards, and open discussions on significant topics like parents, school, friends, dating, addiction, and self-worth.
The interactive class is being held at the Women’s Foundation’s classroom.
The aim is to help teen girls understand the process of growing up in a hands-on and interactive experience, even those not yet faced with hard decisions that life will hand them.
