At this time, restaurants are being allowed to stay open, but for take-out only.

Toot Toot's Kitchen in Youngsville, March 16th, was their last day to dine-in and they will be making changes to their delivery services.

Owner Ashley Higginbotham, will be using delivery services like Waitr and if customers come to pick up orders, they will be brought to their vehicles.

Higginbotham says she agrees with government agencies that this is the best move.

"I trust the Center of Disease Control and Prevention and government officials that we have in place it's their job to protect the public and if this is what they feel is best then I trust that that is what's best for public safety," says Higginbotham.

All restaurants are being limited to delivery and take out services and those changes go into affect Monday night, March 16th.
