We're just a few weeks away from Halloween and that means many of you have candy nearby.

If you're looking for a way to stay fit this Halloween, we've found an app that might help.

MyFitnessPal helps you track what you're eating, how much you're exercising and what it's doing to your body all in one place.

Using your height, weight and activity levels, the app calculates a healthy caloric intake for you.

Throughout the day, you input what you're eating, and the app does all the calculations. from telling you what nutrients you're missing or getting enough of, to how many calories you can still eat before the end of the day.

Users can also log water intake and exercise in MyFitnessPal and let it know when you weigh yourself.
