The Ross Granger Memorial Fund will host it’s Dining on the Diamond event on Sunday, November 18.
MLB pitching coach Brent Storm of the Houston Astros and others in the major leagues will be on hand for the event. The fundraiser will provide funds for the organization to continue to award scholarships to students and assist families with children fighting brain cancer.
The event will begin at 6:00 pm at the Hilton Doubletree in Lafayette.
Tickets can be purchased on the Ross Ganger Memorial website. Auction items will go live on the website on Thursday for guest to register and bid on before Sunday’s event. Tickets are $75 for general admission.
The fund was created in memory of Ross Granger, a 19-year-old Erath High School graduate and pitcher who succumbed to a brain tumor in 2016.
