Southern Switches will hold their Inaugural Car & Truck show on Saturday, July 28 in Parks, Louisiana. The event was organized as a positive event for the community with approximately 50 cars set up for the car show. After the show, there will be a Crank It Up contest, a three-point-shoot out and other activities.There will also be a lifetime achievement award given out during the event to recognize those who have given their very best to the community. Several vendors from the community will also be on hand to sell items. Call 337-852-1276 for information about becoming a vendor.The Car and Truck show will be held from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm at Cecil R. Poche Memorial Park. Admission is free for those to attend.
