CASA of the 16th JDC which covers St. Martin, St. Mary, and Iberia Parishes will hold a Bustin’ Clay for CASA Kids clay shoot on July 28 at G.O.L. Shooting Club in Maurice.
The event begins at 8:00 am.
According to organizers, all proceeds from the clay shoot will go towards CASA and their regular operations and provide training to new volunteers and advocates. CASA works as advocates for children in foster care that are abused in neglected. Advocates go into the court system and speak on behalf of the best interest of the child.
