Parks and Recreation Week is coming up and the Lafayette Parks and Rec Department is celebrating with a list of activities.
On Monday, July 2 the celebration kicks-off with Senior Bingo at the Martin Luther King Center in Lafayette. Bingo will be held from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. Those who would like to attend can RSVP at 291-8370. Lunch will be provided.
On Tuesday, July 3 a basketball shootout will take place at the George Dupuis Recreation Center beginning at 6:00 pm.
To end the week on Friday, July 6, Parks and Rec will hold a Kids Carnival beginning at 10:00 am at Girard Park.
