KATC’s Katie Lopez is LIVE this morning with a preview of the inaugural Louisiana Songwriters Festival and Workshop which begins today in Lafayette.
The four-day festival and workshops begin today, May 22 and will continue until May 27. The festival combines workshops that will bring together established and aspiring songwriters in a retreat-style event focused on mentoring, creating, and collaborating. These workshops will culminate in the festival portion of the event over the weekend.
