The City of Carencro will host their 10th annual National Day of Prayer Thursday, May 3 at the Carencro Civic Center located on North University Avenue.
The event will be held from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and food will be provided by Super One Foods and desserts provided by the Catholic Daughters. Seven pastors will be on hand to preach on specific topics during the program.
Organizers say that all people regardless of denomination are invited to attend and experience a sense of community and togetherness.
