Many well-known landmarks across the state were lit blue Thursday night in honor of healthcare professionals on the front lines in the battle against COVID-19.
The Governor's Mansion, LSU's Tiger Stadium, and the State Capitol were among the buildings shining blue.
Cities such as Chicago also took part, lighting the skyline in honor of those medical heroes.
