According to the St. Martin Parish Fire District, members of the Henderson Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched to Grand Pointe Avenue near I-10 for a reported vehicle fire. When Henderson Fire Department arrived on scene, they found an 18-wheeler hauling produce completely engulfed in flames.
