Tropical Depression Thirteen forms in the far Atlantic just off the west coast of Africa with 35 mph winds.
This storm should become Tropical Storm Lorenzo on Monday and then continue to strengthen to a hurricane by Tuesday or Wednesday.
The good news is this storm should turn to the north and stay out over the open Atlantic away from any landmass.
