It was another beauty out there on our Saturday with lots of sunshine and temperatures in the 50s!
Hopefully you were able to get out and enjoy it because we certainly deserved it after the very cold week we have had.
Temperatures should briefly get into the mid-upper 30s late this evening before some clouds and southerly winds return by morning.
That will cause temperatures to be held in check and actually rise a little closer to daybreak.
We are not going to be dealing with a freeze tonight, so that is the good news.
Southerly winds (~6-13mph) tomorrow will help to drive temperatures into the mid-upper 60s for our Sunday afternoon under partly sunny skies.
We can not rule out the possibility to see an isolated shower or two, but I anticipate that most of us will remain dry.
A front will be on the way late tomorrow night into early Monday morning.
That will help to generate at least a few scattered showers across the region, but nothing that should cause too much in the way of any problems... Mainly just light activity in nature.
No need to worry about any sort of significant cold air behind this front.
In fact, I still think we will flirt with the upper 50s to lower 60s for our Monday afternoon.
Front will be moving at a good clip as well, so I expect skies to quickly clear behind it with full sunshine returning for Monday afternoon.
Temperatures will be heading for the 30s by Tuesday morning, but I have forecast lows above freezing for now.
We may still see some patchy frost first thing on Tuesday morning, especially for northern parishes.
Abundant sunshine expected for Tuesday with afternoon highs getting into the mid-60s.
70s return for Wednesday with clouds increasing late in the day.
Another front will look to arrive sometime on Thursday.
I've got rain chances at around for 30% for now...
Overall, the forecast is trended milder over the next several days, but after this past week, I don't believe many of us will complain about that!
Enjoy!
