Sunday's beautiful weather spills over into Monday

It was a quiet weekend after Friday's storms and that same round of beautiful spring weather will continue into the early half of the new work week.

Temperatures will sit in the low 80s Monday afternoon, and humidity will remain comfortable for at least one more day before moisture starts to move back in to the area.

The sun will be out in full force once again and the only interruptions to otherwise blue skies will be a handful of fair weather clouds, but even those will be few and far between.

We'll have a steady breeze coming in out of the east through the day on Monday, those winds will become more southerly by Tuesday introducing more moisture into the atmosphere.

This increase in moisture will bring a few more showers into the forecast by the mid week with heavier rain fall expected by Thursday, currently rain totals don't look too dramatic but that could change.
