The nor'easter system off the east coast has become Subtropical Storm Melissa with 65 mph winds.
The storm will continue to produce gusty winds and coastal flooding along the east coast for the next 24-48 hours as the center of the Melissa slowly drifts away from land and out into the open Atlantic.
