Sunshine remains the dominant feature this Wednesday as high pressure dominates yet another forecast.
This means the forecast will move along at status quo with the weather basically behaving exactly the same as it has the last few days.
Temperatures are going to be up in the upper 80s and lows are going to be a little warmer with lows dropping into the mid 60s.
The only difference is going to be a slight increase in the humidity which will continue to increase through the week.
As the weekend approaches isolated rain chances will return, peaking on Sunday with widely scattered showers and a few storms expected.
There’s not much of a cool down on the way next week as Acadiana settles down into a summer like pattern.
