It’s the start of a new work week here in Acadiana, and following a stunning weekend forecast, we’ll start to see a slow change.
The first half of the day on Monday will, more or less, be a continuation of the weather we enjoyed over the weekend.
Plenty of sunshine to start the day and a quick warm up to the low 70s by the afternoon, which is when the clouds will start to trickle in to the area.
Clouds will slowly increase through the afternoon ahead of a front that will swing through early in the day on Tuesday.
This front won’t have much moisture to work with but it does look like it’ll be able to squeeze out a couple of light isolated showers Tuesday morning.
The clouds will slowly clear on Tuesday and we’ll return to sunny skies and temperatures will fall back into their seasonal norms.
