The front that brought us all that rainfall on Thursday has exited to our east, but we aren’t out of the woods just yet.

A swirling low will be moving across Louisiana through the day on Friday and will be dragging along with it plenty of clouds and even some light showers.

The showers aren’t expected to be too widespread or heavy, but a few light scattered showers will be popping up Friday afternoon/evening.

While the showers won’t last that long the clouds will be harder to break, and even by the weekend we could still be dealing the with the clouds.

This is going to keep the temperatures fairly steady over the next two days with highs sitting in the mid 50s and lows only dropping into the low 40s.

The weekend will stay dry but it’s going to take a while to clear out with mostly cloudy skies expected on Saturday but setting a up a beautiful Sunday.
