Tuesday’s off to another foggy start with a Dense Fog Advisory in effect for all of Acadiana, and even much of south Louisiana.
This could impact your morning commute so make sure to take it slow on the roadways with visibility often getting below a quarter of a mile.
Once the fog lifts, however, we’re looking at a very nice afternoon although temperatures will be a little warmer than our average October day.
Temperatures will be sitting in the low 80s this afternoon and a warm start to the day Wednesday with lows staying in the upper 60s.
Clouds will build through Tuesday night and through the day on Wednesday with a few scattered showers through the afternoon.
The biggest issue with the forecast will be storms, potentially severe, early Thursday morning which could produce damaging winds.
These storms will swing through in the early morning hours on Thursday so make sure you stay updated on the forecast.
