It’s the start of a new work week and along with daylight savings time the signs of spring are all over the forecast this week.
A warm, moist air mass has made its way back to Acadiana and has brought along with it a round of fog through Monday’s commute.
Fog will likely be an issue the next several nights with southerly winds keeping the moisture in place for the entire week.
Temperatures will respond to those winds as well with the highs in the afternoon pushing the 80 degree mark, although falling a degree or two shy.
There’s not a lot of sunshine expected this week and clouds will linger through the arrival of our next front which is going to be late Wednesday
Showers and storms will move in along with the front but it does give us a chance at some cooler, fresher weather over the weekend.
