Grammy winners The Lost Bayou Ramblers headline day one of Festival International

Day one of Festival International de Louisiane is in the books with local band The Lost Bayou Ramblers headlining the day’s performances. 

Festival International is the largest international music and arts festival in the United States with a special connection between Acadiana and the french speaking world.

About 300,000 people are expected to visit Acadiana for Festival this week bringing in roughly 49-million dollars into the greater Lafayette area.

Festival runs from April 25-29th and attendees can expect musical performances from artists from over 20 countries along with workshops, exhibits and performance artists.
