The Governors of Florida and Texas have ordered that travelers from Louisiana self-quarantine for two weeks.

Road travelers from Louisiana into Texas will be required to self-quarantine for 14 days when they arrive, under an order issued earlier today by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott.

People who are participating in military, commercial or infrastructure travel are exempt. Checkpoints have been set up to enforce the policy.

For air travelers, today's order requires all air travelers to self-quarantine, including New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, New Orleans, Miami, Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, California and Washington.

Here's a link to yesterday's order; it was updated today to include the entire state of Louisiana.

In Florida, Gov. Ron DeSantis has ordered any travelers from Louisiana, New York, New Jersy and Connecticut to self-quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in the state.
