KAPLAN — UPDATE: State Police have identified the person killed in a two-vehicle crash Monday night, April 13, in Vermilion Parish.
Police say 62-year-old Melinda Harrington of Kaplan was killed in a head-on crash near Huckleberry Road on LA Hwy 14.
The crash remains under investigation.
