OPELOUSAS, La. — An overturned 18-wheeler has left the westbound US 190 westbound ramp to I-49 southbound blocked for hours.
According to Louisiana State Police, the ramp to Opelousas has been since 8 a.m. Sunday, and the timeline for when it will reopen is unclear, though crews are working to resolve the issue.
