ST. LANDRY PARISH — According to the Opelousas Police Department, Carl Narcisse Jr. turned himself in around 7 p.m. this evening. He was then booked on attempted second-degree murder and illegal use of weapons.
He allegedly shot a person in the 1100 block of Washington Street and fled the scene on Thursday, December 17, around 6:15 p.m.
This investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to call the police department or crime stoppers.
