LAFAYETTE (Press Release) – Riding a two-game Sun Belt Conference winning streak, Louisiana Women’s Basketball (4-11, 2-2 SBC) welcomes to the CAJUNDOME the ULM Warhawks (7-8, 1-3 SBC) for a Saturday afternoon in-state showdown with the game scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.
Louisiana, who won the meetings between the two programs last season, comes into Saturday’s game having won the previous eight games between the Ragin’ Cajuns and Warhawks. A win from Louisiana would extend its current winning streak to three games and give Louisiana a 3-0 record at home in conference play.
All-time ULM leads the series 43-15, with this being the 59th meeting all-time between Louisiana and ULM. A win from Louisiana would be the fourth-straight win at home against ULM and push its winning streak to nine games, stretching back to 2015.
