LAFAYETTE PARISH — Let's call it "Superdome West" it's a backyard in Lafayette Parish and it's been decked out in black and gold.

"Being that everyone is quarantined, I told my wife I'd make something for the grandkids. Let them come out and play," said Issac Almanza.

Issac and his wife Melanie transformed their backyard into a little Superdome. Issac painted the fleur de lis, the lines and numbers by hand. He joked that now he needs Drew Brees to come and throw a touchdown. Quarantining will make that tougher than usual, but the stay-in-place mandate was the engine behind the project, which two days to do.

Issac thought since his two grandchildren, ages 1 and 2, could no longer go to the park, he'd bring a little of that to them.

"She's been out since day one," Issac said of his one-year-old granddaughter. "And my grandson just got back from Houston and came out here last night and he hit the field and had fun... He kept saying "boot-ball" instead of football he says "boot-ball."
