The college football season could take a major step forward Wednesday when the NCAA votes whether or not to allow athletes back on campus June 1. Sports Illustrated's Ross Dellenger wrote a piece for SI Friday after speaking with conference commissioners across the country.
He joined sports director Andrew Clay to discuss what he learned from the people making the decision on whether or not football is played this fall.
