LSU says that tickets for this weekend’s NCAA Super Regional at Alex Box Stadium have sold out.
The Tigers will take on Florida State beginning with Game 1 on Saturday at 2:00 pm. Tickets went on sale 8:00 am Friday morning. After only a few minutes on sale, those tickets were sold out.
Game 1 will air on ESPN.
LSU Baseball posted to their twitter announcing the sell-out.

The tweet reads, “The Best Fans in College Baseball are going to Pack The Box this weekend for the Super Regional!”
LSU says that individual game tickets may be available at first pitch each game day. They will also monitor actual attendance in the stadium and say if more tickets can open up they will do so at the Alex Box Stadium ticket office at game time each day.
Game 2 of the series will begin at 5:00 pm on Sunday on ESPN2. An “if necessary” Game 3 is scheduled for Monday at 7:30 pm. That game will air on ESPN.
The winner of the Super Regional will advance to the College World Series in Omaha Nebraska.
