Today's Viral Performance comes from Victoria Vannoy. Victoria is 12 years old and participated in the Acadiana Youth Rodeo Association's annual rodeo back in March. She is seen here riding in the opening ceremony at Crowley's Rice Arena. She's the fourth horse in the lineup. Unfortunately rodeos have been cancelled, including the finals. Needless to say Victoria is heartbroken.
