ARCH Acadiana helping landlords and tenants rebound

Posted
and last updated

The Acadiana Regional Coalition on Homelessness and Housing is helping landlords and their tenants rebound during the economic crunch.

Right now, ARCH is helping landlords figure out what their tenants need, and how they can help them with rent.

The ultimate goal is to keep homelessness in Acadiana from rising.

"ARCH's mission is to help the community find ways to increase safer and affordable housing. Local landlords are an incredible stakeholder in this community as it relates to affordable housing. And we want to offer landlords the opportunity to provide some information about how COVID-19 has affected their business," explained ARCH Executive Director Leigh Rachal.

If you're a landlord and haven't already, you are urged to contact ARCH to fill out their survey.
