A restaurant in Carencro can say "we're open" despite the challenges facing the industry during the pandemic.
Uncle Luck's Express Cafe is continuing to serve customers.
The restaurant's owner says it feels good to be open for business and to do so safely.
"Just being able to survive the pandemic and still be able to serve our customers and make sure our employees are safe is a good feeling to know that we did our best to battle the COVID," owner Bernard Shaw said.
