Helping Acadiana residents build their dream home, Manuel Builders in Lafayette can now say, "We're Open!"
The new office and design studio on South College features custom styles, finishes, and amenities for homeowners to select during their build process.
"When we sell, we are looking at number of lives changed, not numbers of houses sold," explained owner Greg Manuel. "It is a good feeling because most of our homes are entry level, first move up, and the excitement of they have to come in to a beautiful place, make their selections, it's a fun process to see people go into."
Manuel Builders held a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday morning at the new office, which was designed and built by their sister company Manuel Commercial. Manuel Builders specializes in "build on your lot" plans, where customers can choose a plan and customize it to fir their needs on their property. The family owned business has more than 55 years of experience providing functional, well-designed home while supporting the community.
Their new building is located at 210 Rue Iberville.
