The Vermilion Parish School System has announced that the Central Office Main building will close at 3:30 pm on Friday, February 12.
All systems and water will be shut off at the central office for cold weather preparation during the Mardi Gras holiday break.
All schools and central office be closed next week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in observance of the holiday.
The school system says that all extracurricular events on Sunday and Monday are being postponed due to cold weather conditions.
