Police are investigating a shooting at a local hotel in Abbeville.
At 9:00 am on Saturday, police responded to a call of shots fired at a Motel 6.
Several shots were fired, according to Lt. Jonathan Touchet, spokesperson for the Abbeville Police Dept.
One person was struck by a bullet and was being treated at a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police are processing the evidence and interviewing witnesses, Touchet stated.
