The Community Action Agency has announced utility assistance for Vermilion Parish.
The St Mary-Vermilion Community Action Agency’s CEO Almetra J. Franklin announced on Friday, the date for Utility Assistance (Li-HEAP) for Vermilion Parish.
The agency will be taking names to place on the service list beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, December 9, 2019. Calls will be taken from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm and or until the last slots have been filled.
The action agency says that it may be very difficult to get through due to the sheer volume of calls received during at that time. Clients are allowed only one name per phone call. If you would like to add another name to the service list, clients must call back.
