The City of Kaplan is making plans to bring back their neighborhood watch program.
Police Chief Joshua Hardy says the program is an anonymous way to keep the city safe.

"If [residents] want to join, it helps law enforcement because it gives us that extra set of eyes and ears on the streets," Hardy said.
