This years Giant Omelette Celebration in Abbeville has been canceled.
Organizers say the cancellations of the celebration, which was set for November 6 and 7, 2020, is due to COVID-19 concerns.
The celebration is expected to return next November on the same days.
The festival is known for 5000 Egg Giant Omelette cooked in a 12 foot skillet in Downtown Abbeville. It also features kids activities, arts and crafts show, and live music.
