Water issues with the Vidrine Community Water System is forcing the closure of two schools in Evangeline Parish on Monday.
According to Superintendent Darwan Lazard, Vidrine Elementary and Evangeline Central will be closed on March 13. The schools are expected to reopen on Tuesday.
