Police in Morgan City are investigating two shots fired incidents.
The department says they responded to a report of gunshots on Monday, August 17 around 10 pm in the area of Fourth Street and Drackett Alley.
During that investigation, it was determined that no one was struck by gunfire.
Several hours later at 3:22 am on Tuesday, August 18, police responded to another call of shots fired in the area of Eleventh Street.
Police say that no one was struck by gunfire in that incident. An investigation is ongoing.
The Morgan City Police Department is now asking for assistance from the public.
