A Morgan City man has been arrested for indecent behavior with a juvenile following an investigation by the Morgan City Police Department.
39-year-old Jonathon David Hopper was arrested Monday, August 12 and booked into the Morgan City Jail on charges of Computer-aided solicitation of a minor and indecent behavior with a juvenile.
According to police, the investigation began on July 24 into alleged inappropriate communication between Hopper and a juvenile under the age of 17. During the investigation, Hopper was identified as a suspect and a warrant was obtained for his arrest.
He was taken into custody at his residence in Morgan City.
