Law enforcement in St. Mary Parish are currently on the scene of a crash on the U.S. 90 Bridge in Morgan City
The Morgan City Police Department is currently assisting St. Mary Sheriff's Office with a crash which involves two vehicles. That crash is located near the crest of the bridge.
Police say the left lane on U.S. 90 westbound is currently closed. Morgan City Police Department also now has Martin Luther King Blvd, HWY 90 and HWY 182, Federal Ave. on-ramp to U.S. 90 West Bond closed.
It is unclear on the extent of injuries.
Motorist traveling west are asked to use the HWY 182 Bridge to cross the Atchafalaya River.
