Chitimacha Tribal Police have obtained a warrant accusing a Jeanerette man of selling heroin and Fentanyl to juveniles.
Tony Caro, 22, is currently being held in the Iberia Parish Prison on unrelated charges of forgery, obstruction of justice and theft. He eventually will be booked in St. Mary Parish with distribution of heroin to a juvenile and distribution of Fentanyl to a juvenile.
This arrest was the result of an ongoing distribution of Heroin and Fentanyl investigation by the Chitimacha Tribal Police, a spokeswoman says. Additional arrests are expected, she said.
