A Franklin man is in jail on charges of sexual battery and aggravated rape with a juvenile.
Sheriff Blaise Smith announces Raymond Calvin Liner, Jr. was arrested on March 17, 2020, at 3:21 pm on a warrant for aggravated rape and sexual battery-victim under 13.
The warrant stems a complaint made by a victim who came forward against Liner for incidents that occurred when the victim was a juvenile.
Bail was set at $200,000.
